This award was given by Nokia for outstanding performance by Midcom in Uganda in the year 2006-2007.
The award was presented by Mr. Timo Toikannen, the then VP of the Nokia MEA region.
The outstanding performance of Midcom was well noticed and rewarded by Nokia .

Nokia recognized Midcom's presence in the very next year of the first award. Midcom achieved the best growth award for developing Tanzania market.
This award was given in the Nokia Sub Saharan Africa (SSA) Conference held in Cape Town, South Africa.

Due to outstanding performance of Mobile phone distribution in Kenya. Midcom was selected for this award in 2010.
Midcom’s continuous dedication toward Nokia distribution and aligning with Nokia Strategy has been rewarded by Nokia many times. Hungry was one of them.
