MiDCOM is a brand which represents the communications division of Midland Group.
Presently under various companies, MiDCOM is an authorised distributor of Nokia Phones and accessories, in three countries in East Africa viz. Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania. We are mobile phone business traders managed under the Midcom brand name as a Sub Business Unit. We are in wholesale and retail of mobile phones and accesories in East Africa, under the outlet brand "Midcom." We have opened fully stocked Nokia show rooms all across our Nokia territories which is accessible to individual, corporate and whole sale clients.
We also own a level II NOKIA CARE service centre in Uganda, which is soon going to be upgraded to level III. This insures a 100% value service to MiDCOM clients.
Our main goal under the Midcom brand is to develop a core competency in the delivery of enterprise-wide mobile phone business by providing / supplying handsets at whole sale services integrated with professional customer services and tailor made solutions for our retail and corporate clients.
We have been recently awarded the Rocketing Start award for South and East Africa from NOKIA for the year 2006. We are committed to grow in near future and cover the whole of East Africa by end of 2007.
